Terms of Service 

Diving Reservations

We require a 50% deposit in order to hold a reservation. We have a 48-hour cancelation policy and require 24-hour advance reservations. *Please note that during Holidays, we require a 72-hour cancelation and 100% deposit in advance.

Private Charters

Pre-payment in full is required for our private charters. All cancellations must be made five days prior to the charter, or subject to 100% forfeiture.

Online Merchandise

We accept returns and exchanges on undamaged, unworn merchandise within (30) days of receipt. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. To receive a refund, your item must be unworn and unused with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns without prior contact, so please call or e-mail us before you ship merchandise back to us. Should you decide to return or exchange an item(s), all shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the customer’s responsibility. There will be $5.00 restocking fee for any returned items. If your item is backordered, we will notify you via email or phone. At that point, you can choose to wait, or cancel your order. You will be notified when the item ships.


Refund Policy

All deposits are fully refundable with at least a 48 hours’ notice.  Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 100% forfeiture of deposit and the additional charge of the balance of the dive.

Privacy

We respect your privacy! Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. This Site contains links to other web sites. We do not control the privacy policies of the destination sites. Once the user leaves this Site, use of any information provided is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of that site.
