Shop Staff & Receptionist
Low Key Watersports is looking for energetic staff to work in our retail beach shop! Qualified candidates are willing to work hard, not be afraid of getting their hands dirty and be excited to work for a company that is always striving to do more. The right candidate would be filling a role as either a shop staff or a reservationist. The perfect candidate would have customer service and retail experience, love working at a fast pace and be comfortable with technology and be willing to learn to make reservations and how to check divers and boaters in on our system.
We would expect you to be outgoing, experienced, safe, flexible, and understand that our guests are our top priority. We are looking for team players that would never use the phrase “that’s not my job” when asked to do something. We would expect you to have the utmost integrity and always do your best.
As a member of our shop staff, a normal day would be 8-10 hours, (part-time options are also available) sometimes on your feet all day, waiting on guests, receiving products for our store, marking products, assisting with check-ins, cleaning snorkel gear, answering phones and possibly a multitude of other tasks. A normal workweek is 40-50 hours for our full-time crew but could be more during holidays. Exceptional communication skills and an outgoing personality are key ingredients to being successful with our company.
