PADI Dive Program Manager
We are seeking a full-time Dive Program Manager to join our team in St. John, VI! Come and join our growing team in paradise and learn what we have to offer!
Salary Details: Competitive base rate commensurate with experience. Signing bonus. Eligibility for quarterly bonuses based on performance. Company contributions to health, dental and vision insurance.
This position requires the following:
- Must be a PADI dive professional with at least 5 years of experience in the dive industry
- Must have prior experience managing small teams
- Must have great communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience
- Must be organized and have good attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and technology is highly desired
This position will be responsible for the following duties:
- Leading a team of dive instructors and captains
- Dealing with staff interpersonal issues, concerns and general morale
- Scheduling dive instructors and captains based on customer bookings and PADI ratios
- Guest relations and managing the overall guest dive experience
- Diving with, guiding and instructing guests at least twice a week
- Managing coordination and organization of our compressor room
- Liaising with PADI
- Developing continuing education programs

Schedule:
- 5 days a week – schedule can be fixed or flexible depending on your needs
- Some holidays and weekend shifts will be required – we are open 365 days a year
Low Key Watersports has been offering diving charters, scuba instruction and a retail shop in St John in the U.S. Virgin Islands for over 30 years. The focus of the job is on selling excursions to walk-up customers, both for our companies as well as for our affiliates. You will also assist the reservations team in answering phone calls and emails about bookings and other duties to help our customers have a 5-star experience.
